100% Natural Duck (Canvas) Cotton drawstring bags. And 100% Made in USA by the American Cloth Bag Company.
All bags are 100% natural cotton with no chemical treatments or dyes of any kind. The bags in this series are 7.000 oz single fill cotton ) and have matching stitching and drawstrings.
The drawstrings are either twill tape or braid (for larger, heavier bags) to reduce fraying and also allow for laundering, encouraging reuse.
The top casings are 'turned under' and stitched to eliminate fraying and to add extra strength to the drawstring channel.
All internal stitching is done with a specialized serger, leaving a finished seam (no fraying here!) with an extra stitch for added strength.
The result is a finished product with no fraying or loose threads that will represent any brand well. These bags are pretty much the ultimate reusable packaging made from a totally renewable and reclcyable resource - cotton!
And because they are made to our specifications, they are just right for printing. Pure cotton can be difficult to print - but we have developed a unique process to print on cotton fabric without using solvents or chemicals.
